Spinnakers Windward Neighborhood
Windward’s Spinnakers of 55 homes, are situated on beautiful Lake Windward within the Windward Community. Located in Alpharetta, the Spinnakers community was built in the late 1980’s, and has beautiful tree-lined streets and many of the homes are on the lakefront with private docks. Three public docks are available for day use by the entire community.
