On the south side of Lake Windward, off of Southlake Dr. is Southlake Woods. Set in the wooded hills this neighborhood provides medium homes on 1/3 to 1 acre lots. Lakewind Way, Lakewind Ct., Peace Creek Tr. and Stonehaven Ln. are the main streets, all with cul-de-sacs at the ends.
