Looking for that old hometown rustic charm, but still want the modern conveniences? If so, you will be impressed with what the new city of Milton has to offer!

On December 1, 2006, Milton, located in North Fulton County, became one of Georgias newest cities. Atlanta is consistently ranked one of the top cities in the U.S. today, and Milton is one of the hottest markets in North Atlanta for residential real estate with an equestrian flair. In addition to the equestrian industry, Milton is home to over seven of Metro Atlantas top golf courses, including the award winning White Columns and Capital City Club at Crabapple.

Excellent schools, shopping, and access to jobs combined with plenty of green space and big skies have made Milton the premiere location to live in the metro area today.

The City of Milton is committed to maintaining the unique quality of life for its residents while efficiently delivering essential services to residents and businesses in an interactive community environment.

Centrally located just north of metro Atlanta, Milton covers approximately 23,000 acres and has a population of approximately 20,000. The area is double the physical size of the city of Alpharetta, with half its population. Known for its pastoral landscapes and tranquil spaces, Milton offers its residents easy access to all of the conveniences of Atlanta with the beauty of rural living.
