Hillcrest is located on the north side of Lake Windward off of Windward Parkway. It is a 20 home neighborhood and about half of the houses back up to the Golf Club of Georgia’s Creekside course. Hillcrest Windward is located within the community of Windward on the one street cul-de-sac Hillcrest Heights. Most homes listed in the GA MLS are listed simply as Windward. Homes built 1994 to 2000. The average list price, at time of post, is between $325,000 to $600,000. Most homes have between 5 to 7 bedrooms.
