Tony Soufastai has over 33 years of experience in engineering and development. With a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Soufastai gained knowledge by working for several companies engineering various site plans, designing subdivisions, and working as a soil and field engineer. With a desire to instill his own craftsmanship and unique style to several developments, he opened First Classic Homes in 1986. Still today, First Classic Homes remains one of Atlanta’s most prestigious homebuilders.
